This was a cute story about a strong woman named Vanessa that beat the odds and became a successful doctor from a welfare childhood which was really believable Tanner was a bit too perfect as in perfect body, perfect gentleman widower who hadn t touched a woman in four years a little hard to swallow this hero in the real world but fun in the romance novel world.Characters 3 stars 1 for Hero and 4 for heroine Writing 3 starsHot scenes 3 stars

quite good a bit simplistic, particularly the mystery villain, but really good chemistry, good relationship building and characters, although not particularly deep characters this author does all modern day lots in texas.
